[Salon] DoD doesn't directly deny US plans to transfer anti-ship missiles to Ukraine

Hi all --The news that the US may be sending anti-ship missiles and other sophisticated weaponry to Ukraine is big. It doesn't help when Ukrainian officials say the US has "plans to destroy the Russian fleet," and the US/DoD return with limp denials.
